Leston Spencer was born in Alice Springs in 1988 and grew up in the community of Nyirripi, 500 km northwest of Alice Springs. Leston has been painting with Warlukurlangu Artists since 2012. His wife also paints for Warlukurlangu Artists. Like most Warlpiri artists, he paints his traditional country stories which are passed down from generation to generation.
