With this work, Gloria Gill Napangardi show us the Dream of a herb whose seeds are edible and therefore very important in an environment where few plants grow.
A legend is associated with this plant, but it is known only to aboriginal initiates. We only know that the sacred site of Jaralypari is evoked here by four concentric circles.
In this mosaic-like canva, Gloria Napangardi uses dot painting, inspired by the floor paintings traditionally used for ritual ceremonies.
