Konstantina is a contemporary Aboriginal artist descended from the Gadigal people. Her work tells the true story of her people. Her work represents her research and questioning of her roots and identity. Through her work, she hopes to make her voice heard, and above all those of the Aboriginal communities. The Gadigal are a coastal people, with an intimate link to the land and also to the sea. Here, Konstantina's work represents ripples on the surface of the water, evoking the energy of the aquatic elements.
