Born in Pakistan to Australian parents, G.W. BOT lived in many countries until the age of twenty, following her father who was in the military. She studied art in London, Paris, and Australia.
Since 1985, she has lived and worked in Canberra, where she has developed a deep connection to the land, now the central theme of her work.
