This Dream belongs to the Nakamarra/Napurruurla and Jakamarra/Jupurrurla clans, north of Yuendumu. Lukarrara (desert fringe-rush) is a grass with edible seeds. Traditionally, the seeds are ground on a large stone using a smaller stone to make flour. This flour is then mixed with water to make moist cakes that are cooked and eaten.

Large concentric circles often represent the site of Jaralypari as well as the Lukarrara grass bearing seeds that fall to the ground. The seeds are also collected by women using their parrajas (wooden gathering baskets) and karlangu (digging sticks).
