Originally from Yuendumu in the Central Desert, Sarah-Jane here depicts the Dream associated with the Ancestor Possum. A woman had given him her two daughters in marriage but later decided to run away with them. The Ancestor, furious, went in search of them and, when he found them, killed them with a stone axe. Their bodies transformed into rocks that can still be seen today.
