Jemma Yibbruruana Belinj is an artist from Maningrida, in Arnhem Land, Northern Territory (Australia). Born in 1986, she learned sculpture and painting through the teaching and cultural transmission of her father, Paul Nabulumo, who is also an artist.

Jemma works primarily with wood and natural pigments to create sculptures representing Mimih spirits, the characteristic slender figures associated with the spirituality and cosmology of the region.

Her work follows in the tradition of Maningrida artists, who blend cultural heritage with contemporary innovation.
