Paddy Sims is an important representative of the Yuendumu 'school' - a settlement centre in the heart of the vast Australian desert. His work reflects what has been called an 'art of sites and journeys': the celebration of places founded in the Dreamtime by Great Ancestors as they travelled across the continent.
